If you have a young soul and a passion for games - Radio Lollipop needs you! Help us support children who are at the Whangarei Hospital and their whānau by providing care, comfort and play, through activities and games. Next info evening: TUE, 21 March.
We are looking for volunteers who want to share their passion, skills and talents with a group of residents of the Greenways Trust. It can be anything you want to teach or share with others: horse or bike riding, knitting, hiking, or any other activities.
If you are confident around both horses and disabled people - then give us a call! The job will be leading horses and side walking with our riders during sessions. Interested volunteers can do courses run by NZRDA and gain NZQU qualifications.
Alzheimers Northland is looking for volunteers to help out in our Clients Day Centre. We provide a vast variety of activities which include Cognitive Stimulation-Quizzes, brain games, word games, puzzles, number games, discussions and reminiscing.
