Alzheimers Northland Day Programme (Social Club) Volunteers

We need the support of some awesome volunteers to help support our Clients and activities programme - this will be a varied and fun role helping out the Day Programme staff and clients/Club members with whatever the structured activities are on the day. There are no client personal care duties required.

So, if you have a few hours to spare each week we will work with you to find a time that works.

Volunteers of the Trust play a big part in adding social and cultural interactions and are welcomed and highly valued for the diversity they bring to complement our service.

Requirements

Good communication skills, caring and kind

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment

Our Centre is open Monday to Saturday 10am - 3pm. We can accommodate the hours to suit thatyou have available.
We have Day Programmes in Whangarei, Ruakaka and Paihia
