Today there are approximately 900 Māori Wardens all over Aotearoa who volunteer their time to supporting others in our communities. We are looking for more volunteers to support our work in the community.
What adventures are you up for? SCOUTS is all about fun, challenges and adventures. There are a range of ways to support your local Scout group, as a Scout Leader working directly with our youth or helping our behind the scenes as a comittee member.
Are you between 18 and 24? Do you want to be a voice for Te Tai Tokerau-Northland’s rangatahi (youth)? Do you understand and value kaupapa Māori? Do you want Te Tai Tokerau-Northland youth to thrive and be the best they can be?
We are looking for an experienced Barista to run one or more training days for the tane at Northland Region Corrections Facility.
To provide basic first aid to our competitors and others at our events.
Literacy coach working 1:1 using video-conference. No experience necessary as we provide all the training and support.
Good Bitches Baking is all about spreading a bit of sweetness in our community. We aim to give a moment of happiness to people going through a tough time.
Make a difference in your community by helping adults and teens access free reading and writing support. As a Community Ambassador, you'll raise awareness, build connections, and ensure those struggling with literacy know assistance is available.
Love to dance? Do you get a buzz from sharing your energy with others? We are looking for a fun and energetic volunteer Zumba instructor to lead classes for the men in our care
Love bikes? Have a knack for fixing things? Your skills can make a huge difference in our environment! We are looking for enthusiastic volunteer bicycle mechanics to help us repair donated and second-hand bikes.
