Join our team and support the arts in the heart of Whangarei! The Shutter Room Collective is a group of photographers that are based at the back of the old library. We are seeking friendly faces to help out as gallery and visitor hosts.
There are 42 fire-stations around Northland depending on volunteers. Almost anybody can join a Brigade! Operational firefighters are the front-line members of the Brigade, assisted by the operational support they respond to emergencies.

Do you love gardening? Northland Society of Arts owns and operates Reyburn House, a category two historic listing and the oldest pioneer settlers house in Whangarei. Join us for some fresh air and a great environment!
We need extra people to help with ushering and front of house for visiting shows (ticket-selling), work behind the bar under supervision of bar manager, and to pack-down after the show is finished (sometimes).
We are looking for a painter to help us with the painting of a fence and painting wooden windows in our cottage.
