Raurimu Avenue School Onerahi - Pool Volunteers
The Raurimu Avenue School swimming pool will be open to the community every Tuesday from 4 - 7pm and every Sunday from 1 - 4pm until the end of the term (last day: 9th April). Koha entry.
We welcome volunteers to help with running the open days.
Tasks include:
- welcome members of the community and keep an eye on numbers
- look after the koha box
- general support for the lifeguard
- ensure those at the pool who are not swimming respect the pool by not riding bikes or scooters around the inside of the pool, do not through litter around
You will get a health & safety induction by the life guard on duty.
Requirements
- likes children and doesn't mind noise
- welcoming and friendly attitude
Time commitment
Shifts are every Tuesday from 4 - 7pm and every Sunday from 1 - 4pm until 9th April.
We welcome return volunteers.
