Are you a keen gardener, based near Dargaville? Regular support is needed for the Dargaville Community Garden, located at 15 Onslow St (opposite the swimming pool).
We hold regular weeding and planting days and we welcome new volunteers to come along. Plantings usually take place in Winter and weeding in Spring and Autumn. Working Bees are on Saturdays 2-5pm, approx once/month.
Join us for working bees, planting, maintenance and harvesting. We are looking for extra support at our market-style garden. Fresh air and support are guaranteed!
We are currently in need of people who just love gardening! Northland Society of Arts owns and operates Reyburn House, a category two historic listing and the oldest pioneer settlers house in Whangarei. Join us for some fresh air and a great environment!
