Community Garden

Our community garden is located at Kaitaia Community House at 12 Puckey Ave. The garden is tucked away at the back. Everyone is welcome.

The garden is coordinated by Lyn Wytenbroek. The garden is a teaching site, and a place for community to come together. Community gardeners harvest and help prepare Kai Baskets as the food as it is ready to share for koha with locals and our wider community.

There is food, and learning, and community connections to be had. Our Garden Coordinator Lyn is a teacher of Permaculture. Everything you need to know will be explained on the day.

Time commitment

Find us at the garden on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00-11:00.
