The Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Events Coordinator to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of various events.

To provide basic first aid to our competitors and others at our events.
Timing Crew - optimum two people per event. One for the timing which is undertaken with a computer based program. The second to man the Radio "Control" to direct the event. Both based in the Northland Car Club van at the Start line.

We need extra people to help with ushering and front of house for visiting shows (ticket-selling), work behind the bar under supervision of bar manager, and to pack-down after the show is finished (sometimes).
Circus lovers required! Kumarani is a community-based organization using circus, creativity and social arts to promote wellness and build connections. We are looking for people to support our presence at events by supervising the community circus spaces.
