Kia ora, welcome to Volunteering Northland

The Scouts empower youth through adventurous experiences to lead lives that make a positive difference. It encourages their physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual development so they can take a constructive place in our society. We welcome young people between the ages of 5 to 26 and are open to all genders, ethnicities and religions. We are the world’s largest non-formal education institution, serving over 13,000 young people all across New Zealand.
Youth Sections meet after school and in the evenings during the week in term time with some weekend activities throughout the year.
