Handypersons and builders for working bee (restoring houses)

Arapohue Rural Retreat is a faith-based community where the hurting, the lonely and the troubled find hope, healing and love. It is a very special respite, surrounded by native bush and healing horses.

You're invited to help us restore the accommodation, a community vegetable garden and orchard, plus build facilities for the equine mentoring programme in this new haven.

We would love help with various handy-person & building tasks around the property:

• re-do the porches of the retreat huts and the houses to make sure they are stable (we have poles and tools)
• stabilise a few parts of the houses
• sanding
• painting
• stripping wallpapers
• fixing old windows and doors
