About the Opportunity
Are you a creative and tech-savvy individual with a passion for education and digital content? RYALT is seeking a talented Adobe Captivate Content Creator to join our remote team. In this exciting opportunity, you will play a crucial part in developing engaging and accessible digital learning materials that will directly benefit our adult and youth learners. You'll be instrumental in transforming our literacy programs into dynamic, interactive experiences that empower individuals to build essential skills.
This is the right volunteer task for you like the idea of being part of a Slack-based team communicating via a Slack channel. We have 12 modules to create so we are aiming to have 3-4 people work on the task - each working on a different module, but able to ask each other questions.
The Opportunity Will Involve
Designing and developing interactive e-learning modules using Adobe Captivate using some detailed guides regarding what widgets in Captivate to use and what the final design should look like.
Creating engaging content, including text, graphics, quizzes, and simulations, to support literacy learning.
Collaborating with the RYALT team to understand learning objectives and translate them into effective digital content.
Ensuring content is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with RYALT's mission.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital learning resources.

Requirements
Experience of Adobe Captivate software or similar (eg Articulate)
Experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities.
Creative flair for designing engaging and visually appealing digital content.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
