Planting Day - Sunday 19 July

Are you fit and hands-on? Support our revegetation project for Maungatapere Mountain Trust and help us plant trees!

Bring gloves, spade, sturdy footwear and a water bottle. Come anytime up till lunch. Lunch is supplied by the landowner but an offering to share is welcome, too. These are both big revegetation projects by landowners who are helping to grow the plants or assisting the Maungatapere Mountain Trust.

Regular Tuesday plantings are 4.30-5.30pm at the nursery (opp. Watrous Downs) and we take plants to plant somewhere on the mountain.

Requirements

• reasonably fit and hands-on
• Bring gloves, spade, sturdy footwear and a water bottle.
