Bicycle Mechanic

-Assess and repair donated bicycles, from basic tune-ups to more complex maintenance.
-Help strip unrepairable bikes for usable parts.
-Work alongside other passionate cycling enthusiasts in a fun, collaborative workshop environment.
-Share your knowledge and mentor our men who want to learn bike repair skills.
-Repaired bikes will be donated to the community

Requirements

We are seeking a volunteer with proven bicycle repair experience and a positive, can-do attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will be flexible with their schedule to accommodate workshop needs and, most importantly, possess a strong sense of commitment to ensure a reliable and consistent presence. This dedication is crucial for maintaining our repair workflow and supporting our mission effectively.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment

Preferably one day a week- Friday 9:00am-2:30pm
