Christmas Wrapping Station Volunteers
Christmas cheer is taking over the CBD! The Christmas Wrapping & Community Pop-Up offers gift wrapping services for anyone buying presents in the CBD in the month of December. Enjoy music, theatre and dance performances every day at noon, as well as a Christmas Karaoke session.
When: every Friday and Saturday for 3 weeks - 28/29 November, 5/6 December and 12/13 December, from 11am – 3pm (except 29th, see below)
Whangārei CBD, Cameron Mall (Corner Cameron/John Street)
PLEASE NOTE Extended wrapping times for 29 November because of the Santa Parade and Youth Creators Christmas Market: 9am - 3pm
We are looking for enthusiastic gift wrappers and community champions to support the station in the week before Christmas. Please get in touch if you want to help out as a group!
We are still looking for help on all days!
No prior wrapping experience needed. We will offer a 1-hour gift wrapping workshop for all volunteers in the week leading up to the event.

Requirements
- somewhat handy with scissors, paper and cloth
- friendly, with lots of holiday spirit
Time commitment
We are still looking for help on all days!
Ideally, you are able to commit to one of the days for a 5-hour shift (10.30am – 3.30pm). We will provide lunch and drinks.
PLEASE NOTE Different wrapping times for 29 November because of the Santa Parade and Youth Creators Christmas Market: 9am - 3pm, split in 2 shifts (8.30am - 12pm and 12pm - 3.30pm)
