Christmas Wrapping Station Volunteers

Christmas cheer is taking over the CBD! The Christmas Wrapping & Community Pop-Up offers gift wrapping services for anyone buying presents in the CBD in the month of December. Enjoy music, theatre and dance performances every day at noon, as well as a Christmas Carol Competition.

When: 12 – 14 December (Thu/Fri/Sat) and 19 - 21 December (Thu/Fri/Sat), 11am – 3pm
Whangārei CBD, Cameron Mall (Corner Cameron/John Street)

We are looking for enthusiastic gift wrappers and community champions to support the station in the week before Christmas. Please get in touch if you want to help out as a group!
We are still looking for help on Saturday 14th, Thursday 19th and Saturday 21st!
No prior wrapping experience needed. We will offer a 1-hour gift wrapping workshop for all volunteers in the week leading up to the event.

Requirements

• somewhat handy with scissors, paper and cloth
• friendly, with lots of holiday spirit

Time commitment

We are still looking for help on Saturday 14th, Thursday 19th and Saturday 21st!
Ideally, you are able to commit to one of the days for a 5-hour shift (10.30am – 3.30pm). We will provide lunch and drinks.

If you can't commit to 5 hours, but would like to help anyway, please get in touch regardless.
