Chairperson for Community Health Partnership Trust Board

We are committed to improving the health of Northland patients to ensure our high needs patients' needs are met and to keep our patients out of hospital.
We are 4 practices in Whangarei, Northland who have left the PHE. Our structure is 3 Trustees and 2 Practice managers, our board consists of 1 owner, 1 practice manger, local iwi, DHB rep and a community rep.

Key tasks for the chairperson include:

• chairing committee meetings
• providing leadership
• supporting the smooth operation of the board

Requirements

Passion for and experience in the health sector.
Committee or structured meeting experience is preferred.
Common sense, good judgement and an ability to work with others collaboratively are important.
Integrity, honesty and accountability.
