Supporting a primary healthcare system in the Community that sustains equitable, self-determined wellbeing of the people in the Community, and ensures that every person in the Community has a fair opportunity to live a long health life; and for any one or more of the following additional Charitable Purposes to:
(a) target inequality in the health outcomes for Māori, rurally domiciled and high needs members of the Community;
(b) improve health status and outcomes of the Community;
(c) provide and promote health and health related services for the benefit the Community.
