Helping Hands for Relay for Life
Relay For Life is an inspiring community event that gives everyone a chance to celebrate cancer survivors & carers and to remember loved ones lost to cancer. Fight back by raising awareness and funds to support the work of the Cancer Society.
Join in the action to help out with this amazing event. Your involvement can be just for a few hours.

Pack in crew: 12.30pm -4pm
Saturday 29 March 2025:
Carpark and pre-event support crew: 7am – 10.30am
Registration Tent Lead: 7am - 1pm, 12.30pm – 4.30pm, 4pm – 10pm
Registration Tent Volunteers: 7am - 10pm - 7 - 10.30am, 10 - 1.30pm. 1 - 4.30pm, 4 - 7.30pm, 6.30 - 10pm
Info Tent Lead: 9am – 1.30pm, 1pm – 5pm
Info Tent Volunteer: 9am - 12.30pm, 12pm - 3.30pm, 3pm - 5.3pm
Activity Zone Lead: – 8.30am – 12.30pm, 12pm – 4.30pm, 4pm - 8pm
Activity Zone Volunteers: 9am – 12.30pm, 12pm – 3.30pm, 3.30pm - 7pm
Event Support Lead: 9am - 12pm, 11.30am – 4.30pm, 4pm - 8pm
Candle Bag Tent Lead: 10am- 3pm, 2.30 – 7.30pm
Candle Bag Tent Volunteers: 10am - 1.30, 1.30pm - 5pm, 5 - 8pm
Pack out Volunteers: 8pm – 11.30pm

Time commitment
We need help on any of these dates:
- Friday 28th March: Set up
- Saturday 29th March: Relay day, traffic management and assorted duties
- Sunday 30 March: Pack out
