Kia ora, welcome to Volunteering Northland
We have been supporting New Zealanders with cancer for over 90 years. We have offices in 32 offices around New Zealand to make sure we're here to support our local communities. We advocate on behalf of all New Zealanders to change laws and policies to reduce cancer risks and improve cancer care. In the past ten years, the Cancer Society has invested over $50 million in life-saving research.
1 in 3 New Zealanders will face cancer in their lifetime. You can make a difference by giving just 2 hours of your time this Daffodil Day – Fri 29 & Sat 30 August. Join thousands across Aotearoa to bring hope and support to those affected by cancer.
To promote and collect funds for the Cancer Society in your area during Daffodil Day weekend. As an Area Coordinator, you will be manage a team of volunteers across multiple sites to collect donations for Cancer Society Auckland.
