Secretary

Far North Search and Rescue provide land based search and rescue operations to those that are reported missing, injured or lost. Our volunteers operate in suburban, urban, wilderness and rural areas including regional and forest parks and shorelines.

Act as Meeting Secretary for monthly group meeting's. Ensure all meeting information is recorded and distributed as required. Inwards and outwards mail as required. Enter information into database. Record AGM meeting and send copies of all AGM reports to N.O.
Full training will be given and you have the opportunity, if desired, to become a full member of the Far North Search and Rescue team.

Requirements

Work well as part of a fun and friendly team, good communication skills and keen to learn. Experience in Share Point is an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment

One meeting per month held in the evening at Keri Keri Mid North Rescue Centre.
Hours - Approx 5 -10 hours per month
