Volunteer for Sculpture Northland - Monday 2 to Sunday 8 November 2026
Love art, beautiful gardens and connecting with your community? Sculpture Northland needs you! 🌿🎨
This year, Sculpture Northland is celebrating its 10th birthday! This much-loved fundraising exhibition returns to the stunning Whangārei Quarry Gardens, bringing together incredible sculptures, talented artists and visitors from across the region.
As the exhibition runs for a full week, the organisers are looking for some extra helping hands to make it all happen, and we'd love to encourage our wonderful volunteers to get involved!
Volunteer roles include:
- Garden Guardians: Supervise an area of the gardens and share information about the exhibiting artists.
- Raffle Ticket Sellers: Help raise funds through raffle ticket sales.
- Floaters: Assist with marking sold artworks and covering breaks for fellow volunteers.
Whether you can offer just one shift or several throughout the week, every bit of help makes a difference!
💚 Why volunteer?
Volunteering is about so much more than giving your time. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, build confidence, gain experience and make meaningful connections while supporting the arts in our region.
Plus, what better place to spend a few hours than surrounded by beautiful gardens and inspiring local artwork?
