Pride Festival Event Load-In/Out Crew

Join the Whangarei Pride Parade & Gaÿla Crew!
We’re on the lookout for fabulous members of the rainbow community and allies who are keen to help us make this year’s Whangarei Pride Parade and Gaÿla another epic celebration!
What’s involved? We need help moving event gear from Creative Northland (Railway Rd) to Pride HQ (John Street) to set up for our fabulous Pride Parade and Gaÿla. There’ll be plenty of hands for loading and unloading, but we’re especially looking for help with transportation between the two locations.
What’s in the haul?
• 8 (3x3) gazebos
• Bean bags
• Mats
• Other smaller miscellaneous event gear
If you’ve got a vehicle, a bit of muscle, or just lots of enthusiasm, we’d love to have you on board! It’s a great way to meet new people, support the community, and be part of something truly special.

Pick up days:
26 or 27 March (time flexible)
28 March at 9am (Event day)
30 March return (time flexible)
We have koha for drivers to cover petrol costs.

Drivers Licence
Heavy lifting - ie Gazebos
