Dementia Tai Tokerau Handy Helper

We require a "hands-on" person to help with a few small jobs around our organisation from time to time.
Ideally, this would suit a retired or a semi-retired person that like to potter about doing odd jobs , but important jobs, to help maintain our lovely centre.
Examples being; treating the mold on our concrete paths and weed spraying our grounds, washing the company cars, a bit of weeding/pruning, outside windows etc.

Requirements

• Weed spray around our property (as and when required) approximately every 6 weeks to 2 months.
• Basic gardening/weeding if that’s your thing
• Mold spray our concrete paths every now and then (6 monthly).
• Oversee our monthly vehicle checks (on 3 vehicles) to ensure the tyre pressures are correct, oil is topped up and generally everything is where it should be.
• Great sense of humour.

A Police background check is required for this role.
