Volunteer Fair 2025 Event Helpers - Saturday, 20 September
Join us in celebrating the diverse volunteer community in Te Tai Tokerau be helping out at the Volunteer Fair in the central library! We are looking for setup helpers, volunteers manning the info stall and helping with activities.
Tasks:
- table and board setup
- decorating the library
- manning info table
- manage the performances
- stallholder wellbeing checks
- helping with activities
We will provide snacks and drinks.

You can help our Friday or Saturday, or both.
Friday 19th September: 3pm - 6pm
Saturday 20 September: 8am - 1pm
