Youth Creators Market 24 May - Event Help
We are looking for support for our Youth Creators Market in The Strand as part of Youth Week. You would help us with:
8am - 9am: 10 volunteers - help with stallholder pack in
8.45am - 10am: 4 volunteers - advertising on the market, giving out flyers/ walking around with the big posters
9am - 12pm: 4 volunteers - manning the info stalls (2 volunteers per stall, 2 info points)
9am - 12pm: 6 volunteers - floaters to make sure everything is going well and relieving stallholders for a break
9am - 12pm: 2 volunteers - support stage
12pm - 1pm: 6 or more volunteers - fold tables down, take bunting down (at least 6 would be great)
Ideally, you can help from 8am to 1pm, with a break for lunch (provided) and some free time in between to check out all the stalls. If you can only help with part of the event, please still get in touch!
