Financial Secretary
TTTWON provide education, peer support and information to people and whānau who are experiencing mental illness and/or addiction.
We are looking for a financial secretary to support our work and the board treasurer with:
- preparing the monthly accounts to present to the board
- financial admin (logging invoices and receipts)
- preparing the Charities Register report at the end of the financial year
Requirements
- organised and structured
- good with preparing reports
- ideally, you bring lived experience and can relate to our trust's vision (or, alternatively, bring compassion for our vision and the whānau we work with)
Time commitment
Flexible, 2 - 4 hours a month.
(additional hours required once a year for the Charities Register report)
