Digital Distribution Team Leader
Our Digital Distribution Team Leader maintains the nationwide list of health practices and medical centres, ensuring our system is up to date. The team leader oversees our List Administrator Volunteers, assigning them practices/medical centres to contact by phone to establish contact details of health professionals that have an interest in endometriosis and/or women's health.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience with staff/volunteer supervision, leading a team and someone who can work to set deadlines. The role is remote and own computer/laptop is required, with internet access as well as the ability to learn how to use our online work management system
Our ideal person will have the following knowledge, skills and personal qualities:
- Tech savvy and confident in learning new systems
- Willingness and ability to use our online work management system
- Pro-active with strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and maintain good relationships
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Good comprehension skills and sense of English grammar
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work as a member of an effective and collaborating team
- Pleasant telephone manner, positive text and email etiquette
- Honest and reliable, with ability to ensure and maintain confidentiality
- Able to maintain accurate, legible and timely records
- Access to email, text, phone and internet
Time commitment
To fit in with personal commitments, 1-2 hours a week ensuring contact with volunteers to coordinate their work. The role is remote with time and activities managed by the Digital Distribution Team Leader.
