Project Managers - Virtual Position

The Trust is involved with flora and fauna in NZ, therefore the Trust engages and collaborates with government and non-government, profitable and non-profit, Maori and Non-Maori organizations.

Requirements

The Project Manager will lead and manage complex projects across multiple domains, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, adept at managing risks, resolving conflicts, and driving continuous improvement.
This is a voluntary position therefore the hours are flexible.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Resided in New Zealand for more than 4 years.
  • Fluent in speaking and understanding English.
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • Deep understanding of the cultural history of NZ.
