Event Support for Waipu Highland Games

The annual "Waipu Highland Games" are on December 31, 2025 in the Caledonian Park in the centre of Waipu on the main street. It is a big exciting event with about 5000 people visitors plus many contestants and participants.

We are looking for extra hands to help with the set-up and with the running of the event on the day.

Set up is 28th to 30th of December. It will involve putting up tents, erecting signage all over the grounds, putting up flags and bunting, decorating the Celtic Barn and so on ...
Event help for the event itself: 31st December 7am to 4ish.
Pack down: 2nd January 2026

We are looking for extra hands. Join us for all four days or for a few hours only.
