Family Store (Vine Street)

Volunteers to work in all areas of our Whangarei Family Store on Vine Street. Become a part of a team who enrich the community by helping to provide good quality low cost goods while raising funds to enable the Community Ministries of The Salvation Army in Whangarei.

Can you spare 4 hours a day one or two days a week?

Our stores are very much a Family environment. Have some fun working with our dedicated team, make some new friends and possibly enrich your CV, employers love it.

(Note: The store is open Monday - Friday 9am - 4.30pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm)

Training will be tailored to suit each volunteer.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are friendly with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a willingness to get stuck in.

Must be 17+ years of age

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment

We are looking for people Monday to Friday 9am - 12.30pm; 12.30 - 4.30pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm or other hours that are mutually suitable.
