Front of House - Reception and gift shop
We are looking for people to join our large team of dedicated volunteers in our reception role. We are an iconic Mangawhai destination open 7 days from 10am until 4pm (our in-house cafe closes at 3pm).
We are looking for people who enjoy engaging with the public, like keeping a tidy and proud work space, and enjoy being part of a team. Your satisfaction in the role is important to us, so we are happy to liaise with those interested in ensuring this role is suitable. If not - we have plenty of other roles available.
Full training to be provided.
Requirements
- Friendly and honest
- Prepared to learn our basic Point of Sale system
- Happy to work both individually (at times) and in a team environment
- Reliable / Punctual
- Proactive
A Police background check is required for this role.
Time commitment
Each shift is two to three hours in the mornings or afternoons. We are looking for people who are either able to help us on a regular basis or on an on-call basis during weekdays and weekends.
