We encourage the 'Positive Friction' of Whangarei, actively shaping our space and programme to ensire its accessibility to people of different backgrounds, ages, identities, ethnicities and abilities.

We need extra people to help with ushering and front of house for visiting shows (ticket-selling), work behind the bar under supervision of bar manager, and to pack-down after the show is finished (sometimes).
