Northern Wairoa Agricultural And Pastoral Association

The Northern Wairoa A&P Association owns 7.5ha showgrounds and runs the yearly Arapohue A&P Show. Becoming part of the A& Association means becoming part of our rural community. The different A&P shows reflect our values and what’s important to us as a community: they are a history lesson, a celebration of the community in which they reside, they are a harvest festival, they can be a training ground, they give a wonderful example of community spirit and they can be really helpful for networking.
Throughout the year, help is always welcomed to maintain fences and buildings, painting horse jumps and helping with the general tidy up and upgrades to the hall.

Show helpers needed!! The Arapohue showgrounds are hosting a range of exciting events, like the annually A&P show in February and more. We are looking for a few extra hands to do some maintenance at the showgrounds throughout the year
