Community Leadership Mentoring Programme

We are excited to announce the Community Leadership Mentoring Programme for Te Tai Tokerau!

Are you in current community leadership in Northland? Would you like one-on-one advice and guidance to enhance your effectiveness in this role? The Mentoring for Community Leaders programme could be exactly what you need. This programme is aimed at strengthening the capability of our Northland community organisations by providing targeted support to their leaders and fostering supportive relationships.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

• Receive one-on-one support to identify your development priorities.

• Be part of a peer learning network with other leaders in your community/region.

WHO CAN ATTEND THE PROGRAMME?
Anyone currently in a leadership role with a Northland community organisation who wants to connect with other leaders and grow their effectiveness and confidence in their role.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Registrations will open in October 2024. In November and December 2024, we will meet with potential mentors and mentees to ensure the best matches.

January 2025: Programme Orientation

April 2025: Mid-Programme Meetup

July 2025: Final Event

January-July 2025: Six mentor/mentee sessions scheduled at your convenience. Note that there is flexibility if you cannot attend all the above dates.
