Painters wanted! 24 - 26 January + 7 - 10 February
Whangarei Rape Crisis is a non-profit organisation whose mission is to work towards the elimination of rape and sexual violence/abuse in our community.
Our premises in Cameron Street need some loving attention so we can provide an uplifting environment to our clients and staff. The next stage of this project is painting the internal walls. While we have a painter arranged, we are seeking several volunteers to help speed up the completion time, thereby keeping our costs down.
When: Tuesday 24 January 2023 to Thursday 26 January 2023; and
Tuesday 07 February 2023 to Friday 10 February 2023
Where: Whangarei Rape Crisis, 125 Cameron Street, Whangarei (please note our office is located upstairs)
Who: Volunteers to help paint the internal walls.
Specific requirements
Ideally volunteers need to be able to bend and lift heavy objects.
