Ceremonial Start/Finish Manager

We are after a super organised volunteer to take over the role of managing our Ceremonial Start and Finish at the International Rally of Whangarei, ideally long term (every May).

The role will involve some pre-work before the event, preparing a run sheet for the events and liaising with the various community groups. You will need to work well under pressure and be great at time management - the schedule runs to a very tight time-frame and every second counts! You will need to be great at communicating and getting people to fulfil their part of the ceremony.

The start ceremony is at Te Matau o Pohe Bridge on Fri 14 May, while the finish ceremony is at Semenoff Stadium on Sun 16 May.

Training
Full training would be provided from our current volunteer in 2021 - with the idea that you would take over the role in 2022.
