Have you worked in a restaurant, bar or café and do you have the skills to manage the Turner Centre’s bar stock? We are looking for someone that wants to ensure that our bar is ready before each event. Duties include stocktake, ordering, restocking and evaluating our products.
The Turner Centre is a performing arts, events and conference venue in the heart of Kerikeri. Our 408-seat theatre attracts international, national and local shows to the Bay of Islands. We also have multi-purpose spaces available for community groups and commercial companies to use. We call on a large group of volunteer to run our events (bar staff, ushers, hospitality etc).
Hours are flexible, most shift can be done during the day. You won’t have to be available during events, as a Duty Manager and Bar Team will take over.
Full on the job training will be given. Specific requirements
We’re looking for someone that will take ownership of this role, someone that makes sure the job gets done. Previous experience in stocktake and ordering products is an advantage, but not mandatory.
