We have 4 positions available for new trustees on the board and are also looking for a group of volunteers who are actively enthusiastic individuals and are passionate about preserving the Stories of Northlands Fire Service.

A couple of hours a week would make a world of difference and there is a task for everyone.

Entry level Volunteers can get involved in a truck polishing and restoring, collection management, label makers, story tellers, hosts for large group tours and tea drinkers. 

This can be a one-off project or an ongoing commitment.

We need your involvement to secure the longevity and grow this World Class Attraction in the Hub of Northland, the Heart of Kaikohekohe, Northland’s Fire and  Emergency HQ.

IN THE END WE WILL LEAVE IT ALL TO OUR CHILDREN’S CHILDREN AND OUR COMMUNITY….

Specific requirements
  • Board Members: Experience (in funding, governance, marketing or tourism.) preferred but not essential. Enthusiasm and Passion a must. The perfect role for retirees and/or Ex members - this is the next step of your involvement!
  • Entry level volunteers - No specific requirements.
