Devonshire Reserve, Tamaterau Weed Event
The Devonshire/Tamaterau Reserve Weed Action group meet every Wednesday at 9.30 -12.30pm at the Reserve, and every 3rd Saturday of the month to cater to the availability of volunteers. We have been operating for about four years and and made huge progress in restoring the reserve, which is remnant/regenerating coastal podocarp-broadleaf forest. We deal mainly with jasmine, blue morning glory, moth plant, wild ginger , and Taiwan cherry. All volunteers are more than welcome!
Training given to those with no experience.
