Relay for Life Logistics Chairperson

We would like someone to shadow our Logistics chairperson this year, with the goal of taking if over in 2020.
Relay for Life 2019 is 30-31 March.
The Logistics Chair is responsible for creating a safe, solid infrastructure to support Relay for Life from beginning to the end.  You will work closely with venue staff, your staff partner and committee members to ensure that all safety, equipment and site needs are met
Time commitment: 4-6- hours weekly running up to the event,
one to two committee meetings per month, phone calls and meetings with staff partner, Minimum one event cycle,

Detail-orientated person
Supervisory and planning experience
Experience in organising complex events and logistical processes
Reliable and organised
Able to roster/organise schedule for logistical needs
Verbal/written communication skills
Able to delegate and work well with people
